Clinical Associate Professor James Li is a Senior Consultant and interventional endoscopist who specializes in endoscopic submucosal dissection and endoscopic mucosal resection. Dr Li is the Deputy Chairman, Division of Medicine and Inpatient Care in Sengkang General Hospital. He is the current Director of Quality Improvement in the Medicine Academic Clinical Programme in Singapore Health Services. Dr Li also serves as the honorary secretary in the Chapter of Gastroenterologists, Academy of Medicine Singapore.

Prior to his move to Sengkang General Hospital, James served as the Director of Endoscopy Centre in Changi General Hospital. He was the immediate past Associate Programme Director for Gastroenterology Senior Residency in SingHealth.
