Familiarity with scope tip deflection, torque control, and basic endoscope handling techniques.

Ability to identify and maintain luminal orientation during upper and lower GI endoscopy.

Proficiency in diagnostic upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Experience with insertion and advancement of a side-viewing duodenoscope.

Familiarity with scope tip deflection, torque control, and elevator manipulation.

Ability to identify the major duodenal papilla and maintain optimal endoscope positioning.

Working knowledge of pancreaticobiliary anatomy, ERCP indications, and fluoroscopic interpretation.

Familiarity with ERCP indications, accessories, guidewires, and electrosurgical principles.

Basic experience with guidewire-assisted biliary cannulation techniques.

Basic understanding of the indications and management of benign and malignant biliary strictures.

Independent performance of diagnostic ERCP with selective biliary cannulation.

Proficiency in endoscopic sphincterotomy and standard bile duct stone extraction.

Familiarity with guidewire manipulation and fluoroscopic interpretation during ERCP.

Understanding of the indications, applications, and basic principles of cholangioscopy in the evaluation and management of complex biliary disorders.
