Important Dates
Visa Invitation Letter
Many international delegates require a visa to enter the Philippines. The APDW 2026 Congress Secretariat can issue official invitation letters to support your visa application. This service is available to all paid, confirmed registrants.
How to Request Your Visa Invitation Letter
Complete your registration and payment in full. The invitation letter service is only available to delegates with confirmed, paid registrations.
Log in to your registration portal using the link in your confirmation email. Navigate to My Registration → Request Visa Letter.
Submit your passport details — full name as shown on passport, passport number, nationality, and date of birth.
Receive your letter by email within 5–7 business days. The letter is issued on APDW 2026 official letterhead and signed by the Congress Secretariat.
ℹ️ Important
An invitation letter confirms your congress registration — it does not guarantee visa approval. The decision rests solely with Philippine immigration authorities. Please apply well in advance of the congress.
🇵🇭 Visa-Free Countries
Citizens of many countries can enter the Philippines visa-free for stays under 30 days. Check with the Philippine Embassy or consulate in your country for current requirements.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@apdw2026manila.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

Substitutions are accepted at no charge — please notify the Secretariat at least 5 business days prior to the congress. Delegate substitutions must be in the same registration category.
Main Congress + Postgraduate Course bundle includes everything above, plus the full-day Postgraduate Course on 25 November and a Postgraduate Course certificate of completion.
Add-ons such as pre-conference workshops may also be available at the time of registration.
Trainee / Fellow — for residents, fellows, and trainees currently in a recognised GI or hepatology training programme. Proof of trainee status is required.
Nurse & Allied Health Professional — for registered nurses, GI technicians, dietitians, and other allied health professionals in GI-related disciplines.
