Dr. Daniel Huang is a Senior Consultant Hepatologist and Transplant Hepatologist at the National University Hospital, Singapore, and Adjunct Associate Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He serves as Chair of the Hepatobiliary Cancer Programme at the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore, and his clinical and research interests include hepatocellular carcinoma, chronic viral hepatitis, and MASH. He has authored more than 250 peer-reviewed publications and serves as Associate Editor of Alimentary Pharmacology & Therapeutics.

Dr. Huang serves in leadership roles within regional and international societies, including Co-chair of the APAGE Emerging Leaders Committee, and is actively involved in advancing collaborative research, education, and mentorship across the Asia-Pacific region.
