Dr. Ennaliza Salazar is a Consultant Gastroenterologist in the Department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at Singapore General Hospital. She completed a Clinical Nutrition Fellowship at Toronto General Hospital, Canada, and has a special interest in clinical nutrition, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal failure, and nutrition support. Her research focuses on malnutrition, sarcopenia, parenteral nutrition, and optimising nutritional care across acute and community settings.

Dr. Salazar is actively involved in clinical research, education, and quality improvement initiatives, with numerous publications and presentations at regional and international conferences. She is passionate about translating evidence into practical, patient-centered care and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration to improve nutrition and gastrointestinal outcomes. She also contributes to public education and professional training in digestive health and clinical nutrition through national and regional initiatives.
