Dr. Patricia Anne I. Cabral-Prodigalidad

Dr. Patricia Anne I. Cabral-Prodigalidad is a gastroenterologist and therapeutic endoscopist. She is Head of the Advanced Endoscopy Service at St. Luke's Medical Center Global City and a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of the Philippines–Philippine General Hospital.


A passionate advocate for colorectal cancer prevention, she serves as Principal Advisor to the joint Philippine Society of Gastroenterology (PSG) and Philippine Society of Digestive Endoscopy (PSDE) Task Force on Colorectal Cancer Screening. She also helps lead the societies' active partnership with the Department of Health in pushing for the nationwide rollout of an organized colorectal cancer screening program.


A committed educator, she was instrumental in championing simulation-based mastery learning in Philippine endoscopy and led the development of the national advanced endoscopy training curriculum. A Past President of the PSDE and former PSG board member, she is a Regent of the Philippine College of Gastroenterology, serves on the WGO Committee on Endoscopy, and is Secretary General of APDW 2026 Manila.
