Dr Raja Affendi Raja Ali

Raja Affendi Raja Ali is a Dean, Professor of Medicine, and Consultant Gastroenterologist at Jeffrey Cheah Sunway Medical School, Sunway University, Malaysia. Studied and trained in Ireland and he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and the American Gastroenterological Association. Raja Affendi is a Past President of the Malaysian Society of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Currently he serves as a Secretary General of the Asia Pacific Association of Gastroenterology, Clinical Research Committee for the World Gastroenterology Organization and Asian Organization for Crohn’s and Colitis. A graduate of the World Endoscopy Organisation Emerging Stars Program, he also completed an Oxford Executive Leadership Program, master’s in business administration and Jeffrey Cheah Scholar-in-Residence at Brasenose College, University of Oxford.
