Dr. Rommel P. Romano

Dr. Rommel Romano is a gastroenterologist and therapeutic endoscopist based at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Hospital, Manila. He completed fellowship training in Gastroenterology and ERCP at UST Hospital, and pursued advanced training in Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand.

He serves as an Assistant Professor at the UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and is an Active Consultant at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital, Department of Medicine, Section of Gastroenterology, where he also holds the role of Training Officer. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Philippine Society of Gastroenterology as the Immediate Past President.
