Prof. James Lau

Professor James Lau is the Yao Ling Sun Professor of Surgery at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, based at Prince of Wales Hospital. His research focuses on endoscopic haemostatic techniques, advanced biliary endoscopy, and capsule endoscopy. He has served as President of the Hong Kong Society of Digestive Endoscopy and Secretary General of the World Endoscopy Organization and is a recipient of the Croucher Senior Medical Research Fellowship and the Abraham Colles Medal from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
