Prof. Yoji Takeuchi

Professor Yoji Takeuchi is Professor in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Kindai University, Faculty of Medicine, Japan. He earned his medical degree and PhD in Gastroenterology from Nara Medical University and previously served as Deputy Director of the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at the Osaka International Cancer Institute. He is a Fellow of both the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and serves on the editorial boards of several leading endoscopy journals. His clinical and research expertise centres on diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy for gastrointestinal cancers.
